Buying from LuxeLoop
Are the items new or pre-loved?
All items are gently pre-loved and quality-checked by our team. Some may still have tags and have never been worn, while others are gently worn and in excellent condition.
What if I’m unsure about sizing?
Send us a message — we’re happy to provide measurements or extra photos to help you feel confident before purchasing.
What is LuxeLoops return policy?
Unfortunately, LuxeLoop does not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns for change of mind. Please be aware that fit, style preferences, or change of mind are not covered under our returns policy.
We’re more than happy to assist with sizing questions or provide additional photos and measurements before you make a purchase.
If an error occurs on our part — for example, incorrect size or colour details listed online — we will gladly issue a credit to you.
Refunds are only provided for items that are damaged or incorrect. You have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return for a full store credit (issued as a gift voucher), valid for 12 months from the date of issue. To arrange this, please email us at contact@luxeloop.co.nz within this timeframe.
Once your return has been reviewed and approved by LuxeLoop, please carefully package the item using your own materials and courier it back to LuxeLoop within the specified timeframe.
Please note:
- You are fully responsible for ensuring the item is returned in the same condition you received it.
- Items cannot be returned if they have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer; LuxeLoop does not cover these costs.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. LuxeLoop cannot be held liable for any items lost during the return process. Please ensure you use the trackable courier label provided for all returns.
Items not returned within the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, and any additional costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
How do I return an item if it’s damaged or incorrect?
We do our best to make sure your order is perfect before it leaves us, but occasionally, something might slip through. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Support Team immediately at contact@luxeloop.co.nz, and we’ll work with you to arrange a return and/or refund as quickly as possible.

Standard NZ Delivery: $7.00
Rural Delivery: $10
Combined Shipping (if 2 or more items purchased) = $0
Orders over $100: Free Standard delivery; $7.00 rural
Processing Times:
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days.
Delivery: Standard 5-7 business days to receive order.
