Selling to LuxeLoop

Our aim is to redefine fashion by giving gently-loved clothing a second life through a sustainable Buy-and-Sell model that ensures a fair, simple, and efficient experience for both sellers and buyers. We assess each item based on brand, condition, and demand. Sellers receive an instant cash payout (30% of the resale value).
If you're considering selling to us, please keep the following criteria in mind:
- Quality wardrobe staples from recognised, established brands such as Aje, Calvin Klein, Ruby, Among The Brave, Federation, Country Road, Trelise Cooper, Augustine, Michael Kors and more.
- Current, stylish, and timeless pieces in excellent condition with no signs of wear and tear.
- We accept sizes ranging from 6 to 14 and above.

The Process
Contact
You can find our digital contract on the Selling to LuxeLoop Page.
The contract outlines the selling process. You'll need to email us 4+ photos of each garment (front, back, label etc) along with your estimated re-sale price. LuxeLoop will review the items online, and if we agree with your suggested price, we’ll confirm the percentage you’ll receive. If you’re happy with the arrangement, simply send us the item!
Send
Once your form is submitted, you’ll be assigned a LuxeLoop Customer Number. Please include this number with your shipment (or on the courier label) to ensure smooth processing.
Send your items to us LuxeLoop in a clearly labelled courier bag or box (which you will need to track).
Receipt
Once LuxeLoop has received your item(s), we will complete a final inspection and deposit the agreed amount directly into your bank account. At that point, the item becomes part of LuxeLoop's inventory to sell. By eliminating the complexity of post-sale payouts and picking up of items which have not sold, we create a smooth transaction experience while promoting the sustainability of fashion.
What items does LuxeLoop accept?
We accept items that are stylish, in great condition, freshly laundered and with no signs of wear and tear. Items that you think someone else will love.
Quality wardrobe staples from recognised, established brands such as Aje, Calvin Klein, Ruby, Among The Brave, Federation, Country Road, Trelise Cooper, Augustine, Michael Kors and more. High street brands are accepted if they are in season and in perfect condition. Shoes (trainers & sandals), bags and jewellery (except earrings) are accepted if they are quality brands and in near new condition.
We pride ourselves on the quality, stylish clothing we sell.
What items does LuxeLoop not accept?
- We don't accept Fast Fashion, i.e., Anko, Shein or Temu clothing. High-street labels with low re-sale value such as Cotton on, Just Jeans, Dotti and Glassons are only excepted if they are current, stylish and in excellent condition.
- We don't accept Iitems showing signs of wear and tear, such as pilling, stains, worn/stretched-out fabric or unpleasant odours
- We don't accept Damaged items. Look out for holes/rips and broken zips
- We don't accept men's clothing, ball gowns, and traditional attire.
Please note that any unaccepted items sent to us will not be returned if they are rejected. To avoid this, please ensure you read through the guidelines.
What can I earn?
You will earn 30% of the expected sale price.
How do I get my items to you?
Posting - You can post your items to us from anywhere in NZ. We will provide an address once you are ready. The cost is on the seller to post and track. If you would like anything returned you are charged our current postage fee.
Can my earnings be used as store credit?
Of course. We would love it if you spent it with us! Just send us a message and we can organise this for you.
