Are the items new or pre-loved?

All items are gently pre-loved and quality-checked by our team. Some may still have tags and have never been worn, while others are gently worn and in excellent condition.

What if I’m unsure about sizing?

Send us a message — we’re happy to provide measurements or extra photos to help you feel confident before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

  • We don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or returns for change of mind (including fit or style preferences).
  • Refunds/credits are only issued if an item is damaged or incorrectly listed.
  • You must contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit (gift voucher), valid for 12 months.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and items must be in the same condition you received them.

How do I return an item if it’s damaged or incorrect?

What are your shipping options?

Rural Delivery: $10
Combined Shipping (if 2 or more items purchased) = $0
Orders over $100: Free Standard delivery; $7.00 rural

Processing Times:

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days.

Selling to LuxeLoop

What items do you accept?

We accept high-quality, stylish, and freshly launderedclean pieces in excellent condition, including:

  • Quality wardrobe staples from recognised, established brands such as Aje, Calvin Klein, Ruby, Among The Brave, Federation, Country Road, Trelise Cooper, Augustine, Michael Kors and more.
  • High-street labels with low re-sale value such as Cotton on, Just Jeans, Dotti and Glassons are only excepted if they are current, stylish and in excellent condition.
  • Quality shoes, handbags, and jewellery (excluding earrings).
  • Sizes 6–14+.

What items do you not accept? We don’t accept:

  • We don't accept Fast Fashion, i.e., Anko, Shein or Temu clothing. High-street labels with low re-sale value such as Cotton on, Just Jeans, Dotti and Glassons are only excepted if they are current, stylish and in excellent condition.
  • We don't accept Ddamaged or heavily worn items (holes, stains, broken zips, pilling, stretched fabric, or odours).
  • We don't accept Mmen’s clothing, ball gowns, traditional attire, or low-quality/unbranded jewellery.

Unaccepted items won’t be returned unless you’ve requested this in advance.

How much will I earn?

You’ll receive 30% of the agreed resale price, paid upfront once your items are approved. No waiting for them to sell.

How do I start selling?

  1. Contact us via email/socials — we’ll send you a digital contract, T&Cs, and instructions.
  2. Submit photos (4+ per garment) — we’ll confirm your payout amount.
  3. Send items — post them in a tracked courier bag/box with the Digital Contract.

What happens once you receive my items?

  • Final quality check completed.
  • Payout is transferred directly to your bank account.
  • Item becomes LuxeLoop inventory for resale.

Can I use my payout as store credit?

Yes, you can opt to receive your earnings as store credit to spend with LuxeLoop.

What happens if my items aren’t accepted?

You can choose for them to be:

  • Donated, or
  • Returned to you (postage at your cost).

What’s your sustainability commitment?

  • Unsold items are donated, repurposed, or upcycled.
  • Our Zero-Waste Wardrobe initiative allows customers to return worn-out clothes for recycling.
